Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make changes and returns. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Please wait for the instructions that we will send you by email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:
* Any item that is returned up to 60 days after delivery of the purchase due to breakage or malfunction of the closure of the piece (except for misuse of the product).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days.

Delayed or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale or sale items:
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hola@lagoabcn.com and we will give you the instructions to proceed with the exchange.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the buyer shipped the order to be delivered to you later, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will find out about your return.

Transport:
To return your product, you must send it by Post according to the instructions sent to you by email. You will receive the instructions once you have started the return process on our website, by filling out the return form. Only send the products to us after receiving our return confirmation by email. Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
