Returns and refund

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to make exchanges and returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging . Gift cards are non-returnable .

Personalized items are not eligible for a return.

A return fee of €4.50 will be applied.

To proceed and complete your return, you need to fill out the form with your details, order number and reason for return.

2. Fill in your details, order number and reason for return:

It's too big. It's too small. The item is incorrect. It doesn't fit me well. It's not the color I ordered. Defective product.

3. Follow the instructions you will receive in your email to return the desired item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
